Dee has represented well over 350 clients at the closing table. Uniquely qualified to address even the most challenging issues in representing either the Buyer or Seller ~ or Both! She's a veteran of onsite new construction sales, residential resales, HUD and bank foreclosure properties, and light commercial development. Dee is a certified FIS - Foreclosure Intervention Specialist, who can offer counsel, advice and aid to families experiencing stress with maintaining Home Ownership.
Dee is a graduate of Southport High School and Lifetime Alumni, she attended IUPUI. An experienced public speaker, she was previously honored as the ToastMaster of the Year for the Greater Indiana Region. A past active member of the Johnson County Builders Association (6+ years) and the previous Ambassador Chair for BAGI, member of National Association of Home Builders and Graduate of Builder's University, Certified Mortgage Counselor, a Certified New Home Salesperson, a MIRM Candidate, and a NSMC multi-year member of the Million Dollar Circle, and the Central Indiana Real Estate Investors Association, fka the Indianapolis Landlords Association. She's a native Southsider and real estate Broker, with 25+ years experience in residential real estate, construction, small commercial and investment properties. She was a contributing writer and Member of Indianapolis Star's HomeTeam.
Dee and her husband Reggie reside in Franklin Township and are active members of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce. Recently honored as the 2011 Franklin Township Citizen of the Year, she's a Past President of the Franklin Township Civic League, a Past President of the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association-IREIBA and Past Executive Director.

In 2002 Gosnell became one of Indiana's youngest Real Estate Broker Owners. She is a graduate of the 2004 Real Estate Academy of Leadership (R.E.A.L.) for the Metropolitan Board of Realtors (MIBOR) and was an RPAC Trustee.
Gosnell is a graduate of Beech Grove Schools, and a Delta Gamma Alumni. She has attended IUPUI and the University of Las Vegas. She earned her Associate Degree in Science in 2006, a graduate of IVY Tech School of Nursing and is currently pursuing her Bachelor's Degree.
Anndee and her husband, Brad, reside in Franklin Township with their three beautiful daughters and young son. She's a member of the Franklin Township Chamber of Commerce and Past President, having served two terms, and past member of the Franklin Township Civic League. She is a Charter Member of IREIBA, the Indiana Real Estate Independent Brokers Association, where she served terms as Vice President and as Treasurer.
Currently she is on leave from active duty real estate. Gosnell is an RN with Franciscan St Francis Health.

Extensively trained in all facets of business management, she works offsite to assist the Brokers, as needed.
A graduate of North Central High School, attended Indiana State University, and the University of Maryland-Asian Division, where she received her Associates in Business Management. A Sigma Kappa Alumni, she's a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, with a double major in Business Management and Human Resources Management.
Randi is also an independent contractor and Supervisor with Usborne Books & More and works part time as a Telemetry Tech in the Cardiac Unit at Franciscan St Francis Health.
Randi is a resident of Franklin Township where her son and daughter attend Franklin Township Community Schools.
